Delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer, according to the tariffs of the logistic company.

Warning! Regardless of the logistic company, the parcel is automatically returned to the Seller 7 days after it arrives at the delivery point. Pick up your favorite things on time )))

Nova poshta: 1 – 3 days
«Ukrposhta express»: 1 – 4 days
«Ukrposhta standard»: 3 – 7 days

Postpaid transfer fee

In the case of paying for the goods upon receipt, the buyer also pays for the postpaid return delivery. The cost of the service is calculated as a % of the transfer amount.

Nova poshta: 2% + 20 ₴
Ukrposhta: 2%, but not less than 10 ₴

Example of cost calculation of a parcel delivery with postpaid upon receipt, bulk weight 2 kg, actual weight 0.4 kg, dimensions (cm) 11*24*25

Нова пошта: 75 грн + 40 грн за післяплату = 115 грн
Укрпошта експрес: 55 грн + 20 грн за післяплату = 75 грн

Terms of free delivery

Shapelie provides free delivery of goods by only through Ukrposhta at the "Ukrposhta standard" tariff (delivery time is 3-7 days). In this case, the Buyer pays only for the postpaid transfer fee, if such was the case.

In the case of product returning within the "free delivery" option, the Buyer pays for the delivery of the parcel in both directions (from the seller to the buyer and back).

The commission for the transfer fee for returned goods is paid by the Seller.

If you live in our wonderful Kyiv or plan to visit the capital city of Ukraine, you can also pick up your order in our workshop, which is located at 15 Pavla Pestelya Street, office 401. Packaging

Shapelie packs all of its products in standard branded boxes, which have the optimal size for transporting of respective hats.

Dimensions and volumetric weight of the package (in cm)

Hexagonal box: 46*39.5*17.5 Volume weight is 8 kg. The weight of the parcel with the goods is 0.6 kg.
Square box: 25.5*30.5*16.5 Volume weight is 4 kg. The weight of the parcel with the goods is 0.5 kg.
Rectangular box 1: 27*24.5*12 Volume weight is 2 kg. The weight of the parcel with the goods is 0.4 kg.
Rectangular box 2: 36*20*8 Volume weight is 2 kg. The weight of the parcel with the goods is 0.4 kg.
Flat box 1: 50*50*5 Volume weight is 4 kg. The weight of the parcel with the goods is 0.4 kg.
Flat box 2: 36*36*4 Volume weight is 2 kg. The weight of the parcel with the goods is 0.4 kg.

If the carrier declares a weight greater than the specified one, request a control weighing during the parcel receiving.

Inside the box, we put a cushioning layer of tracing paper, and if necessary, a special sleeve. We make sure that you receive your caps and hats intact and undamaged.
